• Chef profile data: bio, cuisine specialties, employer, social links, portfolio images you upload.
• Job applications: name, email, phone, cover letter, and resume file when you apply for a role.
• Newsletter: email address if you subscribe.
• Usage: pages visited, articles read, basic device/browser metadata via standard server logs and analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To deliver the service — serve pages, send confirmation emails, process job applications.
• To send the TCA newsletter (only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe any time).
• To improve the platform — aggregate analytics on what content readers find useful.

Who we share it with

• Recruiters whose jobs you apply to (your application details).
• Service providers who help operate TCA — Supabase (database/auth), Brevo (email), Cloudflare (CDN), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics.
• We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

• Edit your profile or delete your account from Dashboard → Profile.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Email privacy@thechefsarena.com for data access, correction, or deletion requests.

We use essential cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are used in aggregate; you can opt out via your browser settings or by enabling Do Not Track.
