About the role

Lead the modern Indian section of our flagship restaurant Jamavar. Own menu R&D, cost cards, and team rosters. Report to the executive chef.

Requirements

Diploma from IHM or equivalent. Strong tandoor and sauce sections. Comfort with HACCP and basic Excel.
