Aahar 2026 returns to Bharat Mandapam with focus on sustainable packaging
India's biggest hospitality trade show announces a dedicated hall for compostable and reusable packaging, plus a new Chef Innovation Pavilion.
South Asia’s largest food and hospitality trade show returns to Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi from August 4–8, 2026, with a sharper focus on sustainability than in any prior edition. India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) has confirmed a dedicated Sustainable Packaging Pavilion spanning roughly 2,800 square metres — a first for the show.
Alongside the usual exhibitor mix of equipment, processed foods, beverages and frontline-of-house tech, the 2026 edition introduces a Chef Innovation Pavilion — live demos curated with three chef collectives from Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
Registration is open at indiatradefair.com. Chef-buyers can request a fast-track badge through TCA’s industry desk.
